📄 SIMPLE SERVICE AGREEMENT

A J Edwards Bookkeeping Services

This Service Agreement outlines the terms of bookkeeping services provided by A J Edwards Bookkeeping Services.

1. Services Provided

A J Bookkeeping Services provides bookkeeping support, which may include transaction recording, reconciliation, financial reports, and related bookkeeping services as agreed upon with the client.

Services are provided based on the selected package or pay-as-you-go arrangement.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information
  
  

• Respond in a timely manner to requests for documents or clarification
  
  

• Maintain access to necessary accounts and records
  
  

A J Bookkeeping Services is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees are based on the selected pricing plan or hourly rate
  
  

• Pay-as-you-go services are billed after completion unless otherwise agreed
  
  

• Monthly services are billed according to the agreed schedule
  
  

Any additional work outside the original scope may require approval and additional fees.

4. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing bookkeeping services.

5. No Tax or Legal Advice

A J Bookkeeping Services does not provide tax preparation, tax filing, or legal advice.
Clients are encouraged to work with a qualified tax professional or attorney for those services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice.
Any outstanding work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

A J Bookkeeping Services is not liable for penalties, interest, or damages resulting from late, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

8. Agreement Acceptance

By engaging services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.

✍️ AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By requesting services, submitting payment, or engaging in bookkeeping services with A J Edwards Bookkeeping Services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.

This agreement becomes effective on the date services are first provided.
